Board-certified neurologists near you
When did waiting six months to see your neurologist become normal?
The Neurology Collective is a Dallas-based concierge neurology practice founded by three board-certified neurologists: Dr. Elizabeth Chambers, Dr. Aashoo Mentreddi, and Dr. Deepa Panjeti-Moore.
We specialize in movement disorders, epilepsy, memory care, and comprehensive neurology—But what sets us apart isn’t what we treat. It’s how we treat it.
We offer two pathways: Concierge membership for Medicare patients, and transparent direct-pay neurology for those without Medicare. Both provide the same quality of care; because your memory, your mobility, and your quality of life aren’t “follow-up items.”
Our Concierge care models
Two Pathways to Better Neurological Care
We work with both Medicare and non-Medicare patients. Both pathways bring you to the same physicians, the same unhurried appointments, the same quality of care. Where they differ is access — and that’s what the membership structure is designed to provide.
Medicare Membership
For Medicare Patients looking for ongoing care
how it works
We bill Medicare for your covered visits and services. You pay a monthly or annual membership fee that covers the concierge-level access Medicare doesn’t pay for.
What you get
- Appointments within 24-48 hours for urgent needs
- Same-day or 24-hour response to calls
- Unhurried appointments
- Direct communication with your physician
- Personal coordination with other specialists
Premium tier includes
Physician’s direct cell phone, virtual home visits, appointment accompaniment.
Direct Pay
For Non-Medicare Patients looking for one-time, occasional or ongoing care
how it works
Transparent per-visit pricing. No insurance complexity, no surprise bills. You pay us directly, and you know exactly what you’re paying for.
What you get
- Appointments within 24-48 hours for urgent needs
- Same-day or 24-hour response to calls
- Unhurried appointments
- Transparent pricing — you know exactly what you’re paying before you come in
Optional Membership
If you’re managing a chronic condition, a membership brings more to the table: faster access between visits, personal coordination with your other specialists, and access to our lifestyle and wellness coaching program. For patients who need more than a visit, it’s worth a conversation.

I’ve seen a lot of doctors for my movement disorder, and Dr. Chambers is by far the best. She is compassionate, attentive, and knowledgeable. She will actually spend time with you. Not only that, but she explains everything in a way that is understandable. As far as neurologists are concerned, she’s the best in north Texas.
Judson Watkins
“Dr. Deepa Panjeti-Moore, is such a fabulous and highly educated doctor! I cannot say enough positive things about her. She was so patient explaining my EEG and MRI results, with a wealth of knowledge that two other neurologists could not give me. She addressed all my concerns with such patients and in no way did I feel rushed. She truly over exceeded any expectations I had. I will for sure be using her going forward and highly recommend Dr Panjeti to anyone needing a neurologist.”
Amy
“I am a woman in her 70s with an advancing tremors condition. I have been treated by my primary care internist and have seen another specialist during the last 7 years. As this condition advanced, I decided to seek out someone who had specialized training in this area. I found DR. Chambers who had recently completed a Movement Disorder Fellowship at Southwestern. My encounter with her was excellent. Her physical review was very in-depth and her communication skills were excellent. Based on her analysis and recommendations, we jointly reached a treatment plan that I am very comfortable with going forward. She is an excellent physician, a very good listener and demonstrates an understanding of the difficulty that I as a patient have with this physically increasing disability. I highly recommend her.”
Sandra Richards
“Dr. Panjeti-Moore is the best neurologist you could possibly ask for. She is so incredibly knowledgeable and kind and was able to help me with a complicated medical case after several other specialists failed. I had reached a point of despair before seeing her. She has been my doctor for two years now. Her professionalism and her very helpful team make every appointment pleasant and efficient. I cannot recommend her enough!”
Jenna Barghouti
“Attention to detail incredible, great listener and watcher, made me feel normal even with my issues, incredible patience and understanding, smart as a whip and on target and great with detail and just plain nice!!!!!”
Tina Smith
“Dr. Mendreddi was kind, caring, and a great communicator. She spent a great deal of time with us, listening to my husband’s symptoms and reviewing all the previous testing he had done with a general neurologist. She never made us feel rushed and answered each question with straightforward and easy to understand answers. While we are still in search of a specific diagnosis, we finally feel like we are on the right track with her as my husband’s doctor. We have a solid plan and are moving forward. So glad we sought her out for a second opinion. We’ll be sticking with Dr. Mendreddi from here on out. An added bonus, we had next to zero time waiting in the waiting room. The office is well run and efficient.”
Jo Lynn Hughes
“Dr Panjeti-Moore is professional but so caring, easy to talk with, and still such a great listener! She is so knowledgeable and takes the time to delve into her patients finding the best treatment, medicine, and cost for them. Since 1983 when I was first diagnosed with Epilepsy, I have had several neurologists but only one compared to Dr Panjeti-Moore. She allowed my wife to be a part of my journey while other doctors did not! I now have confidence and hope that I can lead a seizure-controlled life! It feels as though you are visiting family that cares about you the moment you walk in the door. I am blessed to have found this doctor and office!”
Carol Jones
“Dr Mentreddi is excellent! We brought my mom to see her after a recent TIA and worsening dementia. She takes the time to explain what the care plans are and to adjust medications for her seizures and dementia. I highly recommend Dr Mantreddi!”
David Sokolosky
“Very nice. Easy to talk to. She will treat you as an equal and listen to all of your issues and resolved them Appointments rarely run late.”

Neurological Conditions We Treat
We’re board-certified in movement disorders, epilepsy, and general neurology. Our model was built for patients who need consistent access and coordination — but some of our favorite patients just stop in for their annual check-up.
Movement Disorders
Parkinson’s disease, essential tremor, dystonia. When your symptoms worsen or medications need adjustment, you need your neurologist within days, not months.
Epilepsy & Seizures
When you have a breakthrough seizure, waiting three months for medication adjustment isn’t acceptable. Same-day responses mean faster resolution.
Memory & Cognitive Care
Alzheimer’s disease, dementia, mild cognitive impairment. Consistent access for both patients and caregivers navigating progressive conditions.
Headaches & Migraines
All types, including C=chronic migraines, cluster headaches, medication management. We offer Botox for chronic migraines. Quick access when treatment plans need adjustment.
Gait & Balance Disorders
Complex conditions requiring time to evaluate multiple contributing factors and coordinate with physical therapy.
Women’s Neurological Health
Perimenopause, menopause, and brain health as you age. Hormonal impacts on seizures and migraines. Addressing the neurological changes traditional medicine often dismisses.
Post-Concussive Syndrome
Ongoing symptoms after concussion requiring consistent follow-up and personalized symptom management.
Stroke Follow-Up Care
Post-stroke management and personal coordination with your rehabilitation team and other specialists.
Brain Health & Prevention
Proactive care for healthy adults who want to optimize cognitive function and reduce neurological risk—especially if you have a family history of Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s, or stroke.
